RETURNS

The customer may return products purchased in the online store within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return of the product is possible by sending by Polish Post or courier to the complaint address. The condition is that the goods are shipped intact and unused.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by letter sent by post or e-mail). The consumer may use the model withdrawal form, the model of which is attached as Annex 2 to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, and available HERE .

COMPLAINTS

To submit a complaint, please send us the product along with its packaging, a printed e-mail confirming the order placed, a description containing the reason for the complaint and contact information. Please send the complaint to the following address:

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired or, if the repair is not possible, the Customer has the right to replace the product with a new one or refund.
